The transloader is a mobile unit with hose connection to rail car. The transloader is equipped with a pump with potential flow rates up to 450 GPM bottom offloading. The system utilizes a PD flow meter to measure the flow, and volume of the product. The meter is tied back into a flow computer that corrects the volume to standard conditions, allow operators to set pre-set volumes and recipes, keep records of transactions, print bill of ladings, and have remote communication options. The transloader comes equipped with a ground monitoring system and overfill controller to ensure the system does not have static build up. An air eliminator piping system is present to remove any unwanted gases from entering the metering system. The transloader comes equipped with a control valve to control flow rate, close in case of emergency, and operate in accordance with the pre-set.
